Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All artwork is carefully prepared and packaged for safe delivery. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business daysafter payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping for Originals
Original artworks are shipped insured and require a signature upon delivery. Each piece is securely wrapped and boxed to prevent damage during transit. Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery within the U.S.

Shipping for Prints
Prints are produced and packaged with archival materials. Smaller prints ship flat in protective mailers, while larger prints may be rolled in sturdy tubes. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

International Shipping
International orders are welcome. Delivery times vary by destination and may take 2–4 weeks depending on customs processing. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking & Notifications
All orders include a tracking number. You’ll receive updates by email once your package is on its way.

Delays & Damages
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork so I can help resolve the issue promptly.

Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out and I’ll assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement when possible.
