Do we accept returns?
Original artworks and prints are [accept / do not accept] returns.
If returns are accepted, they must meet the terms below.

Eligibility for a Return

• You must contact us within 10 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at marcdgarrison@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days].

• Original shipping charges are [non-refundable / refundable].

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.
